West Penn Trolley Meet/Hoosier Traction Meet Vendor Table 2026

The cost per table is $30. The majority of our tables are 6 feet. Each vendor receives 2 admission tickets to the museum. Please register by June 12, 2026. Set-up will begin at 2 PM Thursday afternoon (June 25) and at 7:30 AM on Friday, June 26 - please let us know if you need to arrive earlier and we may be able to accommodate. We expect most vendors will leave by Saturday evening, but tables must be packed up no later than Sunday, June 28 at 4 PM. (The main event is June 26 and 27, but the Museum will be open for Anything on Wheels June 28 as well with lots of foot traffic, and vendors are welcome to keep their tables set up.)

Please indicate during registration whether you need outlet power and any other notes (including requests to be near other vendors).

Payment is available online through this ticketing system or by mail - contact Kristen Fredriksen at kfred@patrolley.org if you need an invoice. You may also purchase tables by check, made payable to Pennsylvania Trolley Museum (Memo: trolley meet tables). Mail to:
