Festival of Trees 2025 Registration
Description

Looking for a unique marketing opportunity to share your business or organization's name, service, or product with 10,000 people during the holiday season? Consider participating in the Festival of Trees at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum!
Started in 2024, the Festival of Trees gives organizations the chance to sponsor and decorate a Christmas tree inside the museum's Trolley Display Building among more than twenty trolleys and a holiday toy train display. Museum guests are invited to stroll through the building and admire the decorations while boarding the trolleys and interacting with the toy trains during the Museum's busiest time of year. WHY PARTICIPATE?
Your employees will experience a fun and creative bonding experience decorating a tree to promote your business or products. Our guests will vote on their favorite trees and top prizes will be awarded. In addition, all sponsors will be:
- Promoted on our Facebook page and other social media channels
- Featured in a post on the PTM blog with a link to your website. Tree award winners will receive an additional post.
- Listed in our monthly digital newsletter
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Register online and Kristen Fredriksen, Manager of Visitor Experience, will reach out to you at the email address provided to coordinate further details. Call for more information or to pay by check at 724-228-9256 ext 6012.
Bring your tree, decorations, lights and any promotional materials to hand out or have available throughout the month of the festival. Set up begins November 3 and goes through November 21. Take down of trees will be January 5-9. The festival will run November 22 through January 4.
COST TO PARTICIPATE:
There are limited tree locations throughout the Trolley Display Building, with prices from $50-$100 based on location. Sponsors at the $100 level will receive tree placement in the highest-trafficked areas of the building.
The Festival of Trees brings the business community to our guests and also supports the museum, a 501(c)(3) organization. Sponsors will be invited to a small reception on November 21 to view the trees before our holiday events begin.
